      射流在高速前進(jìn)過(guò)程中，在分散器內高速旋轉的作用下，具有較高的角速度，使射流具有較強的穿透力，使微小氣泡在水中氣浮行程遠，增強攪拌、推流與增氧能力。

     本設備能使泥水與空氣在射流器內產(chǎn)生較高的負壓和強烈的紊動(dòng)、攪拌、剪切，促使液膜與氣膜高頻振蕩，負氣泡直徑大幅度減小，氣浮數量增多，增大氣泡的比表面積，同時(shí)也負氣液膜變薄，能極大地降低傳質(zhì)阻力，使氧分子更好地從氣相轉移到液相。 　　

     運行時(shí)，水泵葉輪在潛水電機帶動(dòng)下高速旋轉，將泥水混合物推入射流器形成射流，在射流附近產(chǎn)生負壓區，將空氣通過(guò)吸氣管吸入射流噴嘴負壓區，在射流器的喉管內進(jìn)行氣、水、泥充分混合，又通過(guò)射流器的擴散管將射流的動(dòng)能逐步轉變成壓能后進(jìn)入散流器。在散流器內，氣、水、泥混合物進(jìn)一步混合，迫負氣體繼承剪切、破碎摧毀并氣浮，絕大部門(mén)氧充分溶解于水中。同時(shí)，在射流流體壓力的作用下，射流攜帶氧分子和微小氣泡，從散流器的噴嘴中傾斜向下噴出、擴散，形成對水體和對生化池底部污泥沖擊、攪拌后，由池底緩緩上升至水面，微氣泡在水中停留時(shí)間一般長(cháng)達30秒以上，使空氣中的氧充分被溶解和吸收，進(jìn)步了氧轉移效率和充氧能力。 　　

     潛水射流曝氣機由潛水泵、射流器、散流器、吸氣管和軟管五部門(mén)組成，如下圖所示。在傳統射流機理基礎上融合了提高前輩的散流技術(shù)，采用射流曝氣方式。
