部分回流加壓溶氣氣浮法是加壓溶氣氣浮法的一種。

　　

　　傳統的加壓溶氣氣浮法的工作原理：依靠水泵將經(jīng)氣浮處理后的凈水的一部分回流加壓進(jìn)入溶氣罐，同時(shí)通過(guò)空壓機的壓力或水射器或壓水泵吸水管上的吸力將空氣壓入溶氣，空氣在一定的壓力條件下溶入水中，然后通過(guò)釋放器將溶氣水壓力恢復到常壓，釋出的大量微細氣泡將和原水中的絮粒粘附，而使絮粒被去除。

　　

　　但使用過(guò)該種氣浮設備的用戶(hù)都會(huì )遇到溶氣水不穩定，去除效果不穩定的現象，這主要原因是回流水（洗滌劑太多）與空氣在溶氣罐中形不成溶氣水，而從溶氣罐視鏡中只看到泡沫，有時(shí)溶氣罐壓力高達0.4Mpa，而釋放出來(lái)的溶氣水不是大的氣泡，是細小的小水珠，有時(shí)看起來(lái)是乳白色的溶氣水，而其實(shí)是洗滌劑的泡沫，根本達不到凈化目的。
