氣浮設備的操作流程：

　　1、氣浮機的調試：

　　a先將氣浮池內灌滿(mǎn)清水，開(kāi)啟回流泵的進(jìn)、出水閥及釋放閥，關(guān)掉射流器的進(jìn)水和吸氣閥。

　　b啟動(dòng)回流泵；

　　c在溶氣罐注水至泵的自身壓力上升到0.45——0.65MPa之間，緩慢打開(kāi)射流器的進(jìn)水閥，調至罐內壓力于0.45——0.5MPa，微開(kāi)進(jìn)氣閥入微量空氣，使罐內壓力調至0.35——0.42MPa之間。

　　d待溶氣系統穩定后，釋放器放出大量的氣泡，即可準備入水運行，整個(gè)過(guò)程約須15分鐘。

　　e正常情況下，每次開(kāi)機只須按2)、4)兩個(gè)步驟進(jìn)行；啟動(dòng)回流泵待溶氣系統穩定。

　　2、氣浮設備操作：

　　a先打開(kāi)清水箱回流泵的進(jìn)、出水閥，關(guān)閉射流器的進(jìn)水、出水閥和吸氣閥。

　　b開(kāi)啟回流泵。

　　c在溶氣罐注水至泵的自身壓力到0.45——0.65MPa之間，緩慢打開(kāi)射流器的進(jìn)水閥，調至罐內壓力于0.45——0.5MPa，微開(kāi)進(jìn)氣閥入微量空氣，使罐內壓力調至0.30——0.42MPa之間。

　　d開(kāi)啟集水池中的提升泵向氣浮機注入廢水。

　　e在溶藥捅中加入適量的混凝劑，用清水溶解后，打開(kāi)溶藥桶閥門(mén)，滴入混凝劑，與氣浮機反應區中的廢水進(jìn)行混合反應。

　　f當氣浮機開(kāi)啟一段時(shí)間后，氣浮機有浮渣浮于水面，當浮渣達到5-10CM厚度時(shí)，啟動(dòng)刮渣機將浮渣刮入渣槽。

　　3、氣浮設備關(guān)機：

　　a先關(guān)閉污水提升泵,停止提升廢水。

　　b關(guān)氣浮機的出水閥,但氣浮機仍繼續運行10-15分鐘。

　　c刮干凈氣浮機內的浮渣,關(guān)閉回流泵。

　　氣浮分離技術(shù)是指空氣與水在一定的壓力條件下，使氣體極大限度地溶入水中，力求處于飽和狀態(tài)，然后把所形成的壓力溶氣水通過(guò)減壓釋放，產(chǎn)生大量的微細氣泡，與水中的懸浮絮體充分接觸，使水中懸浮絮體粘附在微氣泡上，隨氣泡一起浮到水面，形成浮渣并刮去浮渣，從而凈化水質(zhì)。（圖/文www.wxwoma.com)
